PASSWORD RESET

Hi user,

Please find the below steps to reset the password for user account.

Step 1: Visit the MyLabConnect URL "https://mylabconnect.com"

Step 2: Click the login button.

Step 3: Kindly click the "Forgot My Password?" in the login page.

Step 4: Mention your username and the email id which was updated in the profile and click reset password. You will receive an email from MLC with the new password.

Step 5: Now try to login with the new password.

Step 6: On your first login with the new password. you will be redirect to the change password page to create the new Password.

Please note the new password conditions while changing a password (12 to 16 letters include the upper case, lower case, special characteristics, Numeric). Password cannot be same as the last 3 passwords.

Both username and password are case-sensitive and make sure there is no space before and after the username and password if you copy and paste the details.
