HOW TO CHANGE THE PASSWORD

1) Click on the doctor icon beside the doctor name on the top right side of the page, please select change password from the drop down. It will take you to the password change page.

2) Enter your current password, then enter a new password reconfirm the new password. Click on submit button.

Please note the new password conditions while changing a password. The password needs to be 12 to 16 characters including an upper case, lower case special characteristics and a numeric new password cannot be same as the last three passwords.

Please remember both username and password are case sensitive. If you choose to copy and paste, username and password, make sure that there is no space before and after the username and password.
