HOW TO RATE THE LAB AGAINST EACH CASE FROM THE DASHBOARD

Go to recent tab, select the case tile that has the patient's name. Click on the yellow flickering star, a pop-up window open where you can rate the case by clicking on the stars. You can suggest improvements and also type any other feedback. Once you click the submit button, the yellow flickering star turns to green.

This will help the doctor to easily identify the cases that are rated or yet to be rated to quickly identify the case tile or patient name. You can use the search cases box on the page to type the patient's name or the case number.
