How to communicate with the lab on the dashboard under each tab such as on hold, in transit, in production, submitted and in recent.
Under each case tile, there is a chat icon that is blue in color. Once you click the icon, a pop-up window opens where the doctor can chat with the lab about the concern or any updates to be given to the lab. The doctor can attach any files if required from the chat window.
