HOW TO GENERATE LABEL AND SCHEDULE PICKUP FOR IMPRESSION PACKAGES FROM THE DASHBOARD.

1) Login to your MLC user account. Click pick up menu in the home screen, new pop will open where you can choose 1) Get Label, 2) Schedule Pickup and 3) Scan Existing label.



1) Pickup Lable


* Fill in the lab details. Weight of the package pickup address. Please enter of choose the patient's name or case number and click on submit button. You can also choose multiple cases to generate label and picked up together.


2) Schedule a pickup.


* Choose the schedule pickup icon, select the lab name, weight of the package is auto filled. 


* Next, choose the shipping date. Enter the preferred time of pickup date (You can select a range of time to schedule the pickup from the doctor office for the pickup service to arrive). Click on the submit button.


3) Scan Existing label


* You can also scan a previously existing label. Enter the details such as tracking number, choose the lab name, pick up address and weight of the package and click on the submit button.
