All the cases are grouped into relevant groups in various tabs such as on hold, in transit, in production, submitted and recent.
The status of the cases can be located by clicking on the relevant tabs.
* Hold cases tab display the cases that are put on hold by the lab for further clarifications from doctor
* In transit tab displays the cases shipped in last five days.
* In production tab displays the cases that are in production at the lab.
* Submitted tab displays the cases that are submitted by the doctor to the lab waiting to get into production.
* Recent tab are the cases that are shipped in the last 30 days excluding the cases that are in transit.
If the cases are being unavailable in anyone of these tabs, we are requesting you to raise a support ticket in MLC by writing an email to the following email address "support@mylabconnect.com"
